How to Upgrade Your Plan
VNIS provides two methods for plan upgrades:
- Billing Page - Direct upgrade through account billing interface
- Lightning Icon - Feature-based upgrade prompts throughout the platform
Billing Page Upgrade
Navigate to Account > Billing to access the plan upgrade interface.

The billing page displays current plan information and available upgrade features. Select the Upgrade button to proceed with plan modification.
Lightning Icon Upgrade
The platform displays Lightning icons when attempting to access features unavailable in the current plan tier. These upgrade prompts appear throughout the interface to facilitate seamless plan upgrades.

Lightning icons appear in multiple platform locations, including the Route map on DEM where cache rule access requires plan upgrades.

Select any Lightning icon to initiate the plan upgrade process.
Upgrade Process
Both upgrade methods redirect to the Select Plan page containing detailed upgrade options and plan comparisons.

Review plan options and compare features using the pricing page before selecting the target plan. Complete the upgrade process using the Upgrade button.
Successful upgrades redirect to the Billing page where plan status confirmation is available.
Enterprise Plan Upgrade
Enterprise plan access requires initial upgrade to Business plan tier. The standard upgrade process connects accounts with the Sales team messaging system for Enterprise plan coordination.
