What Is Your Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

Refund requests require VNIS support contact before domain removal. Case evaluation requires active domains in the platform for assessment. Domain removal prior to support contact may disqualify refund eligibility.

Contact VNIS support through the Help interface before removing domains from the platform.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

  • Accidental Billing - Recent charges for cancelled subscriptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • VNIS Credit Processing - Standard refunds are processed as platform credits
  • Cash Refunds - Available exclusively for system-related service errors

VNIS credit can only be used for VNIS-related transactions and cannot be converted into other currencies.

Refund Disqualification

  • Domain Removal - Support contact after domain removal disqualifies refund consideration

Annual Subscriptions (Enterprise)

Annual subscriptions provide significant discounts compared to monthly pricing. Enterprise accounts have a 45-day satisfaction period during which VNIS support addresses service issues, provides solutions, or offers resolution timelines to meet account requirements.

Refund Policy Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations or circumstances beyond VNIS control. This applies to both full and prorated refund requests.
