How to Manage Teammates Accounts (Enterprise)
Account management provides comprehensive control over teammate access and permissions within VNIS Enterprise environments.
Navigate to Account > Teammate to access team management features.

The platform provides three core management capabilities:
- Activate/deactivate teammate accounts
- Modify teammate control levels
- Remove teammate accounts
Account Activation Management
Access teammate settings by hovering over the teammate record and selecting the Settings icon.
Toggle account status using the Account activated section controls. Select Off to deactivate or On to activate the account. Confirm changes by selecting Save.

Control Level Modification
Access teammate settings by hovering over the teammate record and selecting the Settings icon.
Configure control levels for each feature area by selecting the appropriate permission level. Green check icons indicate currently authorized control levels. Confirm modifications by selecting Save.
Account Deletion
Access the delete function by hovering over the teammate record and selecting the Trash icon.
Confirm account removal by selecting Delete in the confirmation dialog. Account deletion permanently removes teammate access and cannot be reversed.
