How Can I Change or Reset My Password

VNIS provides secure password management options for changing existing passwords or resetting forgotten credentials through the platform interface and email recovery system.

Change Existing Password

Users with active platform access can change their current password through the account settings:

  1. Navigate to Account
  2. Select User profile
  3. Click Reset password under the email address

Reset Forgotten Password

Users who have forgotten their password can initiate a secure reset process:

  1. Access the login page
  2. Select 'Forgot my password'
  3. Enter the registered email address
  4. The system sends an email with a password reset link
  5. Follow the link to create a new secure password
