Can I Delete My Account
For security reasons, VNIS does not allow users to delete their own accounts through the platform interface.
Alternative to Account Deletion
To avoid billing charges, users can remove all domains from the platform instead of deleting the account. This prevents any charges from being applied to the account. Follow this link to learn how to delete domains.
If domains have been removed and charges still occur, contact support for a refund.
Requesting Account Deletion
Users who require complete account deletion must contact VNIS support directly. Once an account is deleted, all account data and configurations cannot be restored or recovered.
