The Analytics module provides comprehensive usage monitoring for VOD transcoding and transmuxing operations, presenting detailed monthly statistics and usage metrics for current customers.

This module displays usage data for VOD Transcoding/Transmuxing operations with historical trend analysis and business usage reporting capabilities.

VOD Transcoding and Transmuxing Usage​

Monthly Usage Overview​

The system tracks monthly usage data for VOD transcoding and transmuxing operations, providing insights into:

  • Resource consumption patterns across different quality presets
  • Processing volume trends and historical analysis
  • Service utilization metrics in multiple measurement units
  • Historical performance data for capacity planning

Usage Metrics by Resolution​

Dual Unit Analytics​

The analytics system provides usage data in two different measurement units:

  • Duration-based Metrics: Measured in hours
  • Data-based Metrics: Measured in gigabytes (GB)

Both analytics charts display six distinct usage categories with color-coded visualization:

  • Transcoding duration for UHD presets
  • Transcoding duration for HD presets
  • Transcoding duration for SD presets
  • Transmuxing duration for UHD presets
  • Transmuxing duration for HD presets
  • Transmuxing duration for SD presets

Time Period Analysis​

Period Selection: Switch between current year and previous year data for historical trend analysis Data Export: Download comprehensive usage data in Excel format for external analysis and reporting

The Business Usage module supports Excel file exports for month-based usage reporting on VOD transcoding operations.
