Management Overview

View and manage team members through VNETWORK's centralized team management interface.

Interface Tabs​

Access via Organization > Teams:

  • Owned By You: Teams you manage with full administrative control
  • You're Invited: Pending invitations from other organizations

Member Management​

The member table displays:

  • ID: System member identifier
  • Email: Invited user email address
  • Status: Active (confirmed) or Pending (awaiting confirmation)
  • Dates: Invitation sent and join timestamps
  • Actions: Remove button for member management

Available Actions:

  • Search: Filter members by email address
  • Invite Teammate: Add new team members
  • Remove: Revoke member access rights

Group Invitations​

The You're Invited tab shows:

  • Pending group invitations from other organizations
  • Team names, owners, and organization information
  • Search functionality to filter by team owner email

Permission System​

VNETWORK's RBAC model provides granular control:

Permission Scopes:

  • Include/Exclude: Grant or deny access to resources
  • Resource Types: Services, instances, storage, etc.
  • Specific Objects: Individual services (e.g., Kubernetes 1.2.4)

Permission Levels:

  • List: View resource inventory
  • Show: Access detailed information
  • Create: Generate new resources
  • Edit: Modify existing resources
  • All: Complete administrative access
Administrative Notes
  • Only team administrators can invite or remove members
  • Invitations require email confirmation to activate
  • Timestamps are recorded for audit purposes
