Profile

The Profile interface allows customers to manage personal information, change passwords, and set up two-factor authentication (2FA). This section maintains up-to-date contact information and enhances account security.

Main Components

1. Customer Profile

Display and allow editing of personal information:

  • Primary Email: Main email for login and notifications
  • Country: Customer's country
  • Customer Phone: Contact phone number
  • Industry: Business industry
  • Website: Business website address

Changes are saved using the Update button.

2. Change Password

Allows changing login password with the following fields:

  • Current Password: Current password
  • Password: New password
  • Password Confirmation: Confirm new password

3. Multi Factor Authentication

Section to enable/disable two-factor authentication (2FA). When this feature is enabled, the system sends an OTP code via login email for each authentication attempt.

4. App Settings

Interface usage settings:

  • Theme: Switch between light and dark interface
  • UI Style: Choose between modern and classic interface

⚠️ Important Notes

Security
  • New passwords must meet complexity requirements (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters)
  • Enable 2FA to enhance account security
  • Ensure registered email is accurate to receive verification codes and important notifications
Best Practices
  • Update contact information regularly to not miss important notifications
  • Change passwords periodically (every 3-6 months) to enhance security
  • Check login email before enabling 2FA to ensure you receive verification codes

After making changes, the system requires confirmation and may require re-authentication to apply the changes.
