File Transfer
The File Transfer module provides comprehensive management of data transmission protocols used for content ingestion and delivery. The system supports multiple transfer protocols including FTP, HTTP, SFTP, WebDAV, and AWS S3.

Supported Transfer Protocols
The Live Media Service supports the following file transfer methods:
- FTP: File Transfer Protocol
- HTTP: Hypertext Transfer Protocol
- SFTP: Secure File Transfer Protocol
- WebDAV: Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning
- AWS S3: Amazon Simple Storage Service
Transfer Configuration
Add New Transmission
Click the + Add Transmission button to launch the data transmission configuration window.
Configuration Parameters

Type: Select the transfer protocol type from supported options

Name: Unique identifier for the transmission profile

Connection Details: Enter protocol-specific information:
- Username: Authentication username (where applicable)
- Password: Authentication password (where applicable)
- Host: Server hostname or IP address
- Additional protocol-specific parameters
The configuration interface automatically populates relevant fields based on the selected transfer type.

Click Submit to complete the transmission profile setup
Profile Management
Edit Transmission Profile
Click the Edit icon under Function Operation to modify existing data transmission profile settings.
- Update any configuration information as required
- Click Submit to save changes
Delete Transmission Profile
Click the Delete icon to permanently remove a data transmission profile from the system.
Note: Profile deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Verify that the transmission profile is no longer needed before proceeding with deletion.
