Domain

The Domain module provides comprehensive configuration management for ingest domains, including token authentication, application naming, transcoding templates, and Value-Added Service (VAS) configurations.

The Settings module contains six sub-modules: Domain, File Transfer, SwiftServe CDN, Verimatrix DRM, Provisioning, and Notification.

Domain Management​

Domain Listing​

The domain interface displays all configured ingest domains with the following information:

  • Domain: Domain name identifier
  • App: Associated application name
  • Stream: Stream configuration
  • Created: Domain creation timestamp
  • Function Actions: Available operations

Add New Domain​

Click the Add button to create a new ingest domain configuration.

Domain Configuration​

  1. Domain Name: Enter the domain identifier for stream ingestion

  2. Token Authentication: Configure authentication method

    • No token (default): Open access without authentication
    • Customized token: Requires third-party notification URL for token authentication handling

When Customized token is selected, provide a third-party notification URL that will process token authentication requests for the domain.
